All wholesale orders are produced in small batches and often manufactured specifically for each retailer following order confirmation and color selection. As a result, all wholesale sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:

→ Change of mind

→ Unsold inventory

→ Custom color selections

→ Limited-edition products

→ Seasonal collections

If a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at ComeUnity’s discretion.

We encourage retailers to review all product specifications, materials, pricing, and order quantities prior to production approval.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Many ComeUnity products are produced in small batches or made to order.

Please allow approximately 5–6 weeks for production after order confirmation before shipment.

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

For wholesale orders, production begins upon receipt of the required deposit and confirmation of order details.
